Welcome. Thank you for choosing a "Full Circle" experience as you bravely enter therapy.

Full Circle Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC was founded in 2024 by Lanh Durlak, licensed mental health counselor. I specialize in helping children, parents, and families become their best selves individually as well as a unit.

We all strive to be found, to be seen, as infants, as children, and as adults. Hiding is a strategy that we found to be effective in taking care of ourselves, yet like children playing hide and seek, we long to be found. We all seek relationships with others where we feel that we are valued for ourselves. As Winnicott stated, "It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found." I will work alongside you, your child, and you and your child to help explore these tensions. In doing so, you will begin to allow yourself to be 'found', maybe for the first time in your life.

Lanh Durlak

I am a BIPOC licensed mental health counselor who received my master's degree from the University of Rochester in 2014 in Community Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor and I am endorsed within NYS in Infant Mental Health.

Since graduating, I've worked as an intensive in-home therapist for children and families meeting criteria for serious emotional disturbance, a chemical dependency counselor working primarily with the older adults, and a therapeutic visitation clinician offering family therapy in the context of visitations.

I was born in Vietnam and emigrated to the States with my family at the tender age of 4. I've experienced "helpers" all throughout my life and recognize how impactful and necessary they have been in my journey into adulthood. I firmly believe that everyone develops best in the context of healthy and supportive relationships. I have two amazing children who remind me daily of the healing power of my relationship with them.
